Aberfeldy - 12 years
A classic Highland dram, Aberfeldy 12 Year Old single malt whisky is a creamy, sweet and gently smoky example of what the region produces. Bolstered by plenty of Aberfeldy's signature honeyed fruit character, this makes for a superbly laid-back sipper. The label comes with a rather handsome black and rose-gold colour palate to match the rich, malty, honeyed flavour profile.
Aberlour - A'Bunadh
Meaning ‘the original’ in Gaelic, A’bunadh is made in homage to Aberlour’s founder, James Fleming. A’bunadh is a whisky hand-made from start to finish with each batch being created to ensure a rich and complex flavour of moist raisin, and homemade fruit cake. It is bottled at cask strength resulting in a robust and deeply intense, sherried whisky.
Aberlour - Double Cask 12 years
The 12 year-old expression is a fine example of how the distinctively crisp, citrus character of Aberlour’s new distillate is deftly softened by double cask maturation. Traditional Oak and seasoned Sherry butts are both used to great effect, as the mellowed spirits within are combined to deliver a subtly balanced flavour
Auchentoshan - 12 years
Every last drop of this spectacular Scotch is triple distilled then matured for over twelve years. Our Lowland Single Malt Whisky has the tempting aroma of toasted almonds, caramelised toffee and the signature smooth delicate Auchentoshan taste.
Bunnahabhain - 18 years
This whiskey is of Bunnahabhain's most awarded Single Malts and once you’ve tasted it you’ll understand the wealth of accolades it has achieved. The deep mahogany colour of the whisky gives away the exclusive sherry cask maturation and the tang of salt on the tongue reminds you of our coastal location.
Bushmills - Blask Bush
Black Bush Irish whiskey combines an exceptionally high amount of malt married with a sweet, small-batch grain whiskey, and then matured in former Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. This unique recipe means Black Bush has rich, fruity notes and a deep intense character, balanced by an incredibly unique smoothness
Bushmills - The Original
The Bushmills Original recipe dates back to before prohibition. Combining our single malt whiskey and a lighter grain whiskey, you’ll notice its rich, smooth warming taste almost instantly, just as generations have done before.
Cragganmore Distillers Edition Double Matured
The Cragganmore Distillers editions spend a period of finishing in barrels that previously contained Port wine, adding extra fruitiness to the whisky. The malty character of Cragganmore blends well with the fruity port, just as chocolate and raspberries form an awesome duo: Cragganmore uses slightly peaty malt and the fruit has not completely smothered it.
Dalmore - 12 years
Machir Bay, Kilchoman's signature peated single malt, is a vatting of Kilchoman matured in both bourbon and sherry casks. Named after Islay’s most spectacular beach, the high proportion of bourbon barrels create a distinct balance of classic Islay character and fresh floral complexity.
Dalwhinnie - Winter's Frost
No matter where you are, winter is coming with the Game of Thrones Single Malts Collection, with this Dalwhinnie single malt pledging its allegiance to House Stark. Produced at the highest altitude working distillery in Scotland, it is light gold and bright on appearance and has been slowly matured in 100% ex-Bourbon casks.
Deveron - 10 years
The Deveron 10 Year Old is an expression from the MacDuff distillery, now known as Glen Deveron. This whisky has spent 10 years resting in oak barrels and the result is an expression with a fruity complexity with hints of fresh green apple, smooth toffee, vanilla and creamy oak
Elijah Craig - Small Batch

Glen Deveron - 20 years
'Glen Deveron' is the name used by the Macduff distillery for their official bottlings of single malt. It's not often you get to see their whisky outside of independent bottlings. Plenty of Sherry cask influence in this one.
Glenfiddich - 18 years
This 18 year old is married in small batches of no more than 150 casks. Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. Each has extraordinary consistency and character from an intense marrying period, and a warming, distinguished finish.

Due to its mass-market appeal and comparatively low alc./vol. (even to its former self) Jack is knocked by many whiskey aficionados, but Old No.7 is a dependable whiskey with a like-able slightly rough around the edges character.

Jura - 10 years
A whisky only Jura could make, born on the island and still produced today in a bottle originally shaped to withstand the roughest of journeys from its home. Crafted in exceptionally tall stills, matured for 10 years in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels and fresh sea air with a further enhancement from the finest aged Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
Lagavuling - 16 years

Suntory - The Chita
The Chita is the only grain whisky produced and bottled as such by Suntory. It is a blend of single grains (mainly corn), relatively young, but with strong tasting characteristics that have been aged in different types of casks, and distilled at the Chita distillery located a few kilometers from Nagoya city.
Tamnavulin - Double Cask
The first official bottling of Tamnavulin for more than two decades, Double Cask has been finished in sherry butts. The result is a whisky with notes of dried orange, ginger and wood spice. A gift from Alain Back for my first poker evening in January 2020.
